When a URL is launched from an external location, i.e. another application, or 
from a saved bookmark on the desktop, the browser fails to download the URL.  
This is because it leaves off the last character in the URL bar - so the URL 
above will read "http://.....installer.hq"  without the "x".  If you add the x 
manually, it will then download the proper URL.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to any web location	
2.save a bookmark to the desktop, or reference a URL in another app
3. double click the bookmark, or externally referenced URL

Actual Results:  The URL is inserted incompletely, the last character is left 
off, resuling in an error page generated by the domain's servers				
		

Expected Results:  The proper loading of a saved or externally reference web page

This problem doesn't appear on WIndows builds, I haven't tested on Linux
