STR:

1. Load https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-browse_categories.php?parentId=11, which contains an in-staging-but-then-saved article, *tplug4 (https://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/*tplug4)
2. Click on the link to *tplug4
3. Now, choose "Reject changes", type something, and click "Submit"
Bugs in tikiwiki, going away.
