1. Load http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/users
2. Type "krupa" and click "Get User"
3. On the resulting page, click "Krupa" (http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/people/krupa)

Expected:

User-profile page loads

Actual:

http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/people/krupa is a 404

The user 'krupa' has not verified their email address yet, as is seen on the People Admin page at http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/users

A user cannot access the site until he/she has verified their email address.
