steps to reproduce:
1.Log in as an admin
2.Go to http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/challenges
3.Select challenge="august31"
4.Notice that "feng shui" is one of the designs listed in Top designs
5.Navigate to designs,and revoke this design from the challenge
6.repeat step#3-4

expected result:
"feng shui" is not listed in the Top designs panel

actual result:

"feng shui" is listed in the Top designs panel even after a refresh.

Great catch!

There was one table join that I wasn't performing in the database query.  It's good to go now.
