This isn't see on the HTC Touch Pro or the Omnia (even though that testing is dependent on bug 511535 ).
This is becoming a pain for verification. Is there a way to get this fixed soon?

I am not sure I see this.  Whenever there is an input text field in focus the softkb is near (there is a strip for changing the type of kb which is blank for fennec) the bottom of the screen.

Does this still happen with the latest fixes to SIP handling?
I don't see this on the Omnia 2 or HTC Touch Pro on build:
