514060 - Several native-theme reftests fail on WinCE tegra

Most of these tests verify that some element with -moz-appearance: none is not rendered the same as the same element without -moz-appearance: none.  On WinCE tegra, these are rendered identically.  The affected tests are:

layout/reftests/native-theme/text-input-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/textarea-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/button-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/combobox-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/listbox-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/radio-native.html 	 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/checkbox-native.html 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/403458-winmenu-ltr.xul 	 (!=) 
layout/reftests/native-theme/box-shadow-styling.html 	 

The REFTEST IMAGE data which is normally available for failed reftests, for use
in the reftest analyzer, is not available for tests run on the tegra device.

Attachment: reftest log with image data

New reftest log which includes reftest analyzer image data.  This log was saved
from a run on the following build of the tegra:

WinCE/Windows Mobile support has been removed from the main build system, Spidermonkey, mobile installer, in-app updater and so on (see bug 614720, bug 554087 and all their dependants). Until such point where MS decide to release a Windows Phone 7 NDK and the decision is made to port to that platform, this is WONTFIX.
