As discussed before, the admin text input fields need to have HTML support so that we can format the design details and terms appropriately.  Legal terms especially will be rather lengthy, and we should have HTML editing capabilities to format everything.

Under the "terms" section, I don't seem to have HTML capabilities.

Let me know if I should consolidate all HTML support issues into this bug.

I've updated the Challenges admin page to accept HTML for the Terms and
Conditions field.  I've also updated the Challenge page to display HTML
properly.

Everything works, except for the Flickr image.

The Flickr image is missing an end quote in the <a title="">.  This is a bug on
Flickr's site, as it is also happening when I pull in the same HTML code from
my personal Flickr gallery.

Why do you need HTML support in the Teaser?  If you really need that, please file that as a separate bug to be implemented at a future date.  Resolving as Wontfix.  (Sorry, don't have time to track that one down for this release...)

Got it.  Description field was being displayed twice.
