Details

A second Xserve was ordered for the Camino project, to be delivered to MPT. We'd like this deployed to the community build network. Details: * ships with 10.6 (64-bit kernel); can we get 10.5 (32-bit kernel) on it? * install drive for OS should be the 128gb SSD drive * Smokey (CCed to this) should have access to this machine * build setup will be done by Smokey * should have similar configuration to cb-xserve01, but on 10.5 * can we call it cb-xserve02? :) Let me know if you have questions. I'll be on vacation starting the afternoon of September 11, so I'd like to get questions out of the way before I'm gone (box will likely be delivered while I'm away).

Oh, I should mention... It asked for a first and last name so I gave it "Matthew Zeier" with "Mozilla" right underneath it. Hopefully that doesn't cause issues. I'll update this bug with the tracking info when it ships. Phong, any information you need from me?

Phong/mrz, any luck tracking down who at the colo has our Xserve?
It has been delivered. I will be working on getting it online today.
mrz: can you order the proper racking kit for the 14th floor data center. the rails that came with the server does not fit out racks.
rail kit is in transit (should have updated a couple days ago with that)
When do we expect it to arrive? Kind of sad that it'll soon be a month after this arrived...
Apple stuff usually ships with a 7-10 day ETA. Rails should be here shortly.
The rails are in. This should be up early next week.
