Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disconnect yourself from the internet
2. Try to go to any site
3. Reload the page load error page


Actual Results:
A blank white box (around the area of the "try again" button) comes up during the load of this page, but goes away after its loaded

Expected Results:
No whitebox comes up during the load.

I dont see this anymore thanks to the autoconnect patch in bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=530075
