Some users have reported this crash after upgrading to Snow Leopard.  Reports in last week: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?product=Firefox&version=Firefox%3A3.5.2&query_search=signature&query_type=contains&query=eFOGetName&date=&range_value=1&range_unit=weeks&do_query=1&signature=_eFOGetName

A user in Live Chat confirmed fixing this crash by clearing the Mac font caches.  The safest way to do this is to simply reboot the Mac in Safe Mode (hold down SHIFT right after the Mac chime), then reboot again normally.
