I am a post-doc researcher and want to use the database for my research, in addition, once in a while I do some analysis of parts of the data and write a blog post, these are available at: www.network-labs.org

Currently, i am just downloading the bug reports manually but it takes a while and it's hammering the servers unnecessary.
