I'm trying bug 456162 again.  This patch will let us manually flush URLs from the front end load balancers and will open the door to doing it programmatically.

To use this patch:
1) Check out http://svn.mozilla.org/libs/zxtm-api/ into your /vendors/ directory
2) Apply patch
3) Copy the new array in config.php.default to your config.php

I can help you with what to put in the config array, just look me up on IRC.

Wil walked me through testing this, and it works very well.

Only caveat, there doesn't seem to be a way to make sure it actually worked. Meh.
