Consider an international flight. The airline's booking information will indicate departure and arrival times in the local times for the departure and arrival cities. When I enable the Timezones option in the New Event | Options dialog, it allows me to indicate the timezone for the event start by adding a clickable link next to the time. There should also be a clickable link next to the time for the event end. This feature would stop me from having to manually compute the time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new event. 2. Choose Options | Timezone. 3. Notice the choice for selecting starting timezone. 4. Notice the lack of choice for selecting ending timezone.
