Pressing (on the left side of the keyboard) Alt + Shift + [Accesskey] triggers the appropriate keyboard shortcut eg on Facebook: 1 = Home, 2 = Profile etc.

If one is left handed, or ambidextrous, being able to use the right hand Alt key (Alt Gr) + right hand Shift + [Accesskey] would save contorted behaviour over the keyboard!

Can this be added?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the right hand Alt key instead of the left one when trying to trigger an Accesskey.
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Same result as if one used the left hand Alt key in this combo.
