missing the 16x16 favicon ico or png
i did find one http://planet.mozilla.org/mozilla-16.png
but no path to the favicon

pretty sure IE doesn't understand png favicons and doesn't understand the link rel=icon either. I think IE just looks for a favicon.ico in a specific location.
