Details
The white area on the left of the page does not redraw correctly. It draws
parts of the sidebar mixed with parts of the navigation area just to the right
of it.

Ummm...Could you be more specific, when does this happen? See the bug reporting
guidelines.

Unable to test on 2000, but on Win 98 (9/12 build), page does not crash, but
does not appear to load completely. Can't reproduce the bug as originally
stated.

The link has changed and we can no longer reproduce the problem. I emailed the
reporter asking for another example site and he can then reopen it.
