I first one-click/star bookmarked a couple of bugs linked to from my bugmail when I didn't have internet access. Now the awesomebar title is permanently "Problem Loading Page".

It shouldn't be hard to track whether the bookmark was user-generated or auto-filled from the page name at the time. If it was auto-filled, the name should update as the name of the page changes.
