Switching between Modern and Classic theme and vice versa cause the toolbars at 
the top (and sometimes bottom) of the browser and mail/news window to show 
correct (and possibly incorrect) toolbar buttons.  Moving the mouse over them 
will cause them to show incorrectly as well. I have closed Mozilla many times 
and tried doing it again and it has done it many times.
