51486 - how to change urlbase in Bugzilla

hi

When a user selects "email password" the email has the following URL,



 To change your password, go to:
 http://cvs-mirror.mozilla.org/webtools/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi 

Instead I want it to say



 To change your password, go to:
 http://190.1.9.26/userprefs.cgi 

because bugzilla has been installed under http://190.1.9.26

Is there a config file I need to modify or do I need to modify defparams.pl 
directly?

If you logged in as the maintainer that you set up according to the readme, 
there should be a link to this ("Edit parameters") in the box at the bottom of 
all the pages other than the index page.

moving all closed Bugzilla bugs to the new Bugzilla product.
This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions.  Sorry for the spam everyone...
