Any attempts to access labs-Centos5-ref-01 (testswarm.com) via HTTP fail. I'm able to SSH in to the box and Apache is still running - so I assume that it's a problem with the load balancer.

The default HTTP check has a 2 second timeout.  The app behind testswarm takes considerably longer than that.  

I've changed the health check to a TCP port check.
Going to mark this as resolved.
