User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 (.NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 (.NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET CLR 3.5.30729) Occasionally, when I navigate away from a website such as Hotmail to Facebook or Google, the loading bar will appear and get half way, but then it won't load. Restarting firefox from the addon "Restart Firefox" does not fix this 'infinite load', only copying the URL you wish to go to and opening a fresh tab allows the page to load. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load google 2. Open a new tab and navigate to hotmail, sign in then sign out. 3. From the hotmail tab, navigate to google or Facebook Actual Results: Tab fails to load in an appropriate ammount of time Expected Results: Website loads instantly. It should have stopped the webpage and tried again? Apologies on this bug report, it's my first.
This WFM with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20090907 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20090907051047. Can you try safe mode or a new profile? You are using the RC or RTM windows 7?
Version: unspecified → 3.5 Branch
I'm using the Release Candidate of Windows 7, I'll have to try the safe mode tomorrow and I still haven't figured out how to make a new profile I'm afraid.
Reporter, please update if you are able to reproduce the problem in safe mode / new profile.
