hi there thanks for the suggestion. Once I am in SAFe mode-- what am I looking for?? How do I know an extensions is causing the problem, and how do I know which one it is???
You simply want to start Firefox in safe mode, and then try to view the photos. If you can view them, it is an extension, so start Firefox in normal mode and disable them then by one until you find the culprit.
I started FF in SAFe mode and still cannot see the photos. So what is my next option???
Do you require a login to see the photos? If not, please give a link. You can try to create a new profile, and see if you can reproduce the problem there (try to view the photos in the new profile). Instructions are here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles
Yes T mobile requires a login. Have just spent an hour on Live chat with their so-called tech expert. Hopeless. Tried to tell me their site may not work with FF3.5.2!!! Have also cleared cache and temp files -- and STILL photos do not load. I think it is a setting to do with "hi res" or not ont he computer -- but do not know where to fin those........
Did you create a new profile. That is an important testing step you need to use.
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing. http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles
