Nightly Build 2000090508 on WinNT 4 SP6

Can't use the keyboard to perform standard operations on textarea, URL bar etc.

To reproduce:

Type something in the textarea of this form. Try using the arrow keys to move,
or try Shift + End to select to EOL or simply Shift + Left/Right to select.
None of it works. Even pressing <Home> to go to beginning of field does not
work. Mouse selection works fine.
