Thunderbird trunk/3.1/comm-central l10n nightly builds are always reported as testfailed in tinderbox, even if nothing in locale is missing.

Search that file for "comparing locale failed" (or even just failed), a little further down I see:

adding to merged/mail/chrome/messenger/preferences/advanced.dtd
pl/mail/chrome/messenger/preferences/advanced.dtd
    +searchIntegration.accesskey
    +searchIntegration.label
    -systemDefaults.label
    +systemIntegration.label

which look to be changes made back in May (http://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/16fea4d289f6) that haven't made it into your trunk repository.

Therefore I think this bug is invalid.

OK, my changes were accidentally reverted in the next commit http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/pl/rev/1df8eea7c9c7, hg sucks.
