Normally Ctrl+F5 and Ctrl+[refresh button] is used to reload every item of the current page. It is useful to see differences on the page. Ctrl+F5 keeps working fine but Ctrl+[refresh button] opens the page in a new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
New Tab opened.

Expected Results:  
Page must have been refreshed at current page.
Summary: Page refreshes at new page when I use ctrl+[refresh button] → Page refreshes at new tab when I use ctrl+[refresh button]
