404 when I try to edit a submitted PTO request.
I think it's pretty reasonable to allow people to edit this as long as its before when the PTO is taken.
Yeah, I just ran into this--"edit" links on the "list" page go to "/pto/edit.php", and it's not found.

We probably do want to allow folks to edit PTO as per comment #1.  Even if we don't, we definitely don't want to give them broken "edit" links :)
