I think it would be great IMO to have this kind of a "Getting Started" page for Fennec linked from the UI.

This would require localization (customization of links for each locale) and guidelines to follow, just like we have them for Firefox now.

I just want to get the idea on file, hence the bug. It should be considered for post-1.0.

We have the firstrun page. Reopen if we need something more than that

I think changing up first run with What's New content by updating it for major changes/new features, is all we need, but happy to discuss this further if folks disagree. 

Madhava, do you think we need a what's new page, or should we limit pages and just make updates to first run if necessary?

personally, I don't like constantly updating the firstrun page. Desktop pulls in a new page from the web. We could do something similar. Not a whole page, but some small amount of data that we async load into the firstrun or home pages.
