1.) Set the date ahead by 30 years, and start the commercial builds.
What happens: All of the builds are timebombed.

last I heard, plan was to disable all the timebombs since we didn't have the
time to fix the timebomb mechanism.

as an aside, this should probably be in bugscape since it only impacts the
netscape builds.
