This is probably caused by munged Reply-To: headers in the list messages. We should ignore Reply-To: values equal to List-Post: (and maybe we need a Reply-To: munging tracking bug). It's not the Reply-To header; gloda actually ignores that for the reason you mention. It's that the message is "To" the mailing list that gets it shown. My plan is to do what you suggest in terms of the "To" header and replace the list entry with the person the message is implicitly to. Which is to say if Alice writes a message to a mailing list and Bob replies, then the "To" becomes Alice.
