Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the awesome bar
2. click on see all bookmarks
3. click on manage
4. click on manage again

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
The management fields for each folder and bookmark should be enabled and disabled

this is changed behavior.  After clicking on manage, click on a folder or bookmark and you will be editing it.  Very confusing.
If this is indeed changed behavior, there needs to be a way for the user to discern that they are in management mode. How about the button looking like its pressed?
