This is to track the proper fix for bug 514751.

I don't think we should block on this, unless it becomes a bigger problem. I've yet to find any good STR for that bug, it just kinda happens. It doesn't cause any problems when browsing, just on restore. Bug 514751 fixed that but we should find out why we were even getting empty history items to begin with.

Session Store has been pretty heavily refactored since this got filed, is it still relevant?
