Using sep6 commercial build, linux rh6.0, mac OS 9.0 and NT 4.0

When displaying a message having a long subject line, the subject line in
message pane/header envelope doesn't wrap within window and causes scrollbar
display problems (horizontal and vertical) in the thread and/or message pane
areas.  This was first noticed on a forwarded bug notification message having a
long subject; it may be that the attachment icon exacerbates the situation,
although I've reproduce some weirdness without an attachment.

1.  Send yourself a message with a really long subject, spanning a couple lines.
    An example: [Fwd: [Bug 41856] Changed - not remembering "always use my
username" or "remember my password" in the smtp part of the account manager]
2.  Get Msgs and display said long subject message in seamonkey, having the
message pane open.
    Note the scrollbars or lack thereof in the thread and message panes.
3.  Select another (regular subj length) message and select the long subj
message again.
    Now the long subject line wraps within window and scrollbars are seemingly
normal and functional.

nominating for nsbeta3. One workaround is to resize the window, to force an
update, but users who are maximized may not discover this, and won't be able to
read their mail.

My fix for 105553 (which should go in tonight) fixes this problem.

i just checked in some changes which fixed this. You should see:
1) the thread pane shouldn't look out of whack anymore (missing columns)
2) the scrollbars in the message pane still show up. 

the text of the long subject still won't wrap but that's because there are no
spaces in the subject to force it to wrap. That's not really a bug though. We
now handle that situation gracefully.

OK using nov 19 commerical trunk build: linux rh6.2, mac OS X, win98.
OK columns and scrollbar.
Still have problem where attachment list doesn't show: see bug 91662

It still does not works for "to:" fields too long: vertical and horizontal
scrollbar does not appear.
I use mozilla 0.9.6 on Win98.
