When changing theme, all components of the navigator will change except for the
buttons of the Navigation Toolbar. The only way to make these buttons change is
to select the wanted theme then quit and relaunch.

1. Change theme


Actual Results:            buttons of the Navigation Toolbar remain the sames

Expected Results:          buttons of the Navigation Toolbar should change
