Details

When starting the browser I get the following two errors.
They don't seem to affect anything.
The files do not exist in the Linux or Win2k distribution
I have tried deleting my profile, but these files are still not created.

WEBSHELL+ = 1

user stylesheets have been renamed, but this is really bug 37642 "error to
console about user.css".
(Mozilla is just looking for these files and will use them if they exist.
It's not an error that they do not exist, however - they aren't there by
default. The wording in this case should probably be altered.)

Yep, this is harmless, but misleading. We should probably just add stub
versions of these files, with a comment on their purpose.
