gloda's folder scanner should have a better folder search order

It seems to scan the Sent items first, which is good.
I don't know where Inbox is in the schedule, but it should likely be next
It should index the current archive folder first, then work backwards
In my case, it went into a huge old "Archive" folder before it went into Archives/2009, which is a bit frustrating.
