1. Go to about:config
2. click on a pref

Actual Results:
The soft keyboard does not pop up

Expected Results:
The soft keyboard should pop up (to offer a way to change these prefs).

about:config has changed, can you confirm that this is still happening?
This year we mothballed windows mobile development.  See:
