517019 - Student Signature:None of the fields in the "create your own" page are pre-populated

Description

steps to reproduce:
1.go to http://sm-personas01.mozilla.org/student/
2.click on "Enter competition Now"
3.Sign in page loads
4.Log in with valid credentials
5.select the check box in the legal page and proceed to the upload page

expected results:
As per (4) in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504226#c0,some of the fields in the upload page including  "category" and "I am submitting a
persona to" is pre-populated with value-"Student Signature"

Actual result: None of the fields in the "create your own" page are pre-populated

I think the "create your own" page which loads currently is the default page and not the upload page specifically for student signature.

So the requirement changed and QA was not informed :(

Krupa, apologies...thought that had been added to the bug, but looking back I'm not sure if it was clear outside of Web Dev and Labs that this was the new approach.
