When the user clicks 'add to firefox' on these pages, 10% of sessions should honor the annoyance level preference.  Sources in stats_contributions should be 'homepage', 'category', 'search'

This is a P3.  It's dependent on the new install buttons but if there is no time for it we'll look at it again in 5.3.

Only hitting 10% is going to require a bit of code re-write. I'm not confident in doing this in combination with the other re-write.
