1. I go to https://addons.mozilla.org/de/editors/review/77934?num=464
2. I click the link to the two warnings of the validation tool.
Actual result:
"Access denied"
Seems to be the case for all links to the validation tool.

Logged out and logged in, now working. Guess this is the return of the "not all permissions in cookie set" bug. Don't know its bug nr, any idea? So duplicate, but closing worksforme.

It just happened to me less than an hour ago, so I think it's worth having a look. What I noticed is the following:
1) I could only see the Developer Hub link in the top right of the main page. No link to Editor or Admin Tools.
2) I could access https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/editors and the lists and reviews just fine.
3) I couldn't access any code validation page, like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/versions/validate/81563#test-results-67451. I got an "Access Denied" error.
Logging out and logging back in fixed the problem.
