-click on to field (type in address)
-select second to field....curser will not move to this field. unable to type in 
 address.

I was able to get a second field but the first one scrolled up out of view.  it
took some kinda random clicking to make the second field appear.  The scrollbar
to scroll uip to the initial To: field didn't appear until I had selected a
third To: field.  also noted that scrolling up the list of To: fileds was
extremely difficult if I used the scroll buttons but dragging the scrollbar up
worked.  Tested in Modern and classic skin 090704 mozilla win32 build on NT and
moderna and classic mozilla Mac builds on OS9

The scrolling bug from yesterday is:

It sounds like the same as the other one.  When you click Enter after entering
the first address, the line you were on scrolls out of view and your cursor is
on the second address field (only it appears at the top so you think it's the
first address field).
