Description

STR:

1. Load https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-newsearch_advanced.php
2. Type "tag" into the "Tags" textfield and click "Search >>"
3. Click on the result (https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en-US&comments_parentId=3947&forumId=1)

Actual Result:

"Error

This forum is flat and doesn't allow replies to other replies"

This was only on links generated by the new search patch (bug 501880) last week, right?

Well, https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-newsearch_advanced.php is a 404, and https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en-US&comments_parentId=3947&forumId=1 still yields the error message, so I'm not sure...

(It's a 404 because we backed out search, but I just mean that I'm not sure how to test this again -- I'm guessing it's a 1.4.1 thing, then, yeah.)

Any search that returns forum posts should be able to reproduce if it's still a problem.

Again, I can't reproduce via comment 0's steps; if simply loading https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?locale=en-US&comments_parentId=3947&forumId=1 and getting "Error

This forum is flat and doesn't allow replies to other replies" isn't a problem, then no; I can't seem to reproduce, otherwise.

I think since we fully backed out the search and reindexed that it's no longer an issue, but something we'll keep our eye on when we get back to search.
