It's not as clear as it should be that the Browser Tools set of managers (add-ons, prefs, downloads) is meant to be located "next door" to the main control strip / content area. If the future, it would be great to do this with a slide transition, but, in the meantime, we should make the position clearer in another way. First idea - an arrow as part of the button.
