view inbox, open an email in a new tab, view that email then attempt to close that tab. original inbox tab disappears and new email appears in the only one remaining tab. main inbox is lost and cannot be restored, t-bird has to be restarted

Steps to Reproduce:
1.view inbox
2.open an email in a new tab
3.close new tab
Actual Results:  
lost inbox tab

Expected Results:  
inbox tab should reappear and new email tab should close

I am running the nightly, Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.1.5pre) Gecko/20091016 Shredder/3.0pre.
I put some msgs in folders. Opened folder, dbl click msg to open in tab. close msg/tab - return to proper folder. tried sent mail - ok. Local folder - ok. Inbox - ok. WFM. Lenny
