layout.canvas3d/extensions.canvas3d -> "webgl."*. Also adds the software rendering and osmesalib prefs to all.js, for ease of finding in about:config.
The auto-lookup-in-extensions stuff is #if 0'd, since I'll want to reuse it once I figure out how to do no-restart downloads of OSMesa.
