1. Open URL with no filename (default filename at server-side),
2. Try to view its Source Code (Ctrl+U),
3. If HTML title contains national characters, operation fails. Application says:

"C:\DOCUME~1\I\LOCALS~1\Temp\>9 A09B.htm" does not exist.  Create it?

The temp file is created OK, but Firefox fails to properly launch editor (on my machine Source Insight is launched).

I can load http://esp-izdat.ru/my_error/ and if I right click -> View Source it shows the source.

Do you launch an external editor? I do.
Some time ago (before FF 3.5, but I'm not sure) FF opened inner editor and everything was fine. Now Ctrl+U launches external one and it's OK in most cases, except this bug.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
