Converting the post form into a get form, we end up with the url

http://cgi.netscape.com/cgi-bin/pdms_download_new.cgi?
PRODUCT=Netscape+Communicator+w%2FCalendar&SYMBOL=communicatorwithcal4.7-win32-
en-complete-128&USE_NSDA=NO

This url works on ie and ns4x but not moz.  Note that the other browsers end up 
downloading from a server like wwwus.netscape.com, not cgi.netscape.com.

http://webtools.mozilla.org/web-sniffer/ doesn't want to say anything about the 
URL above.  Strange.
