The fixed background that I have on this page will not show under Gecko. It is
locked under IE, but under Communicator it scrolls (seems to ignore the tag
altogehter). However, under Gecko, it won't display at all. I know it will
display backgrounds because it worked on my other page at
http://members.xoom.com/gravis777 (BTW, it renders the page amazingly fast,
reminds me of IE5 in rendering speed, which I like). Also, some text that is
supposed to be centered is left aligning in Gecko.
The frame with the problem:

http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Hills/5791/dominique.html

uses the nonstandard "bgproperties" attribute on BODY. The correct way to do
this (which Mozilla will support, I think, but doesn't yet), is with CSS. You
could simply say STYLE="background-position: fixed".
