At or near midnight tonight, please do

1) Site outage, redirect traffic
2) svn up on trunk
3) Clear NS cache

This deployment puts the site into "phase 3" post-Service Week mode.

There will also be a db schema change and a procedure to disable / re-enable the cron. 

This can be done w/o taking down the site (this afternoon). Do you want a seperate bug and take care of it late this afternoon? This feature hasn't been signed off by QA yet.

Yes, we want QA. If it's signed off and ready to go during business hours, would you rather do db/cron stuff at midnight or earlier?

The bug to stage this db schema change is Bug#517981

They are un-tested, so we will punt on them and only do the site push.
