Will need a copy of the Committer's agreement filled and returned to Erica Mcclure, with the bug number noted on the form. http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf. Will need a SSH key attached to the bug.

https://wiki.mozilla.org/Commit_Policy:Current_Procedures#Hg_.28hg.mozilla.org.29 lists the requirements for access, although TM does not have seem to have a specific category. In general we would require an SR and two vouchers.

If Gregor just needs tracemonkey access, then how about counting shaver's SR as a vouch, and then all you need is an SSH key and the form.

I was following these instructions

but I can not connect.

Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic).

We are currently working on a conference paper and the deadline is on Friday. 
I would appreciate a fast response :)
