Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit URL 2. View source Actual Results: Scroll down to find empty unicode character boxes and Unicode references like &#xxx etc and corresponding character not displayed in source but it does in other language unicode coded web pages. Expected Results: Unicode display characters?
